What is your current order processing time?

Orders received before 5pm EST on a business day are shipped the same day, If your order is placed after this it will be dispatched the next day.

We currently offer SAME/NEXT day shipping and does not include holidays or weekends. Shipping depends based on your selection at checkout and location.

Estimated shipping/delivey times do not include dispatch times, during high volume periods & sales dispatch times may vary.

I didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?

ALL confirmation emails are automatically sent out after the order is placed. If you have yet to receive a confirmation of your order, there was most likely a typo in the email you provided while checking out. Please make sure you've searched your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the email notification has landed there. Still no luck? Don't worry babe! How do I know If my package has shipped and Is on the way?

Once your order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

If you have any questions about the location of your package and have already received a tracking number, please contact USPS customer service directly for the most accurate information. Since the shipping and transit process is handled by USPS 100% we have no approximate information of your packages location or delivery details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a personalized tracking page. **Until your parcel has been sorted and scanned by the carrier, there won't be any tracking events for you to check on. Carriers may take 24 hours to update tracking information online.

You can track your order by tapping on "TRACK YOUR ORDER" at the top menu of our website.

What do I do if my package was "returned to sender"?

If your package is returned to us by USPS due to an invalid address or forwarding issue, you are able to pay for a new shipping label with the correct address to have your items reshipped to you. We do NOT cover return package costs if we are not at fault for the mistake. (missing apartment or house numbers, incorrect spelling, missed abbreviations, incorrect zip code, etc.)

If you decide not to repurchase a shipping label, there is a 20% restocking fee deducted from the store credit we return to you. We do not refund to original payment for abandoned orders, you will be given a store credit gift card amounting to the order total minus shipping fees and the 20% restock fee. 

Customers will be responsible for paying to re-ship any packages that are returned back to our facility as a ‘return to sender’. Customers will be contacted if this is the case with further instructions on how to proceed.PLEASE always double check your address/information at checkout to ensure your package is delivered to the correct address. Once an order has been placed, we do not modify or cancel it.


Do you offer free local pickup?

Yes! we currently offer a local pickup option at checkout for our local babes. Please see our "Pickup-Up Policy" tab for further details & instructions!


How quickly will my local pickup be ready?

Once your order is placed, it can take up to 30 mins - 2 hours for your order to be ready for pickup. (If placed during business hours). If your order is placed after 5pm or before 11am, it will be processed and ready until opening hours.

Local pickups are closed ALL major holidays, Fridays, and weekends!


What do I do if my package was lost or stolen?

Please be advised that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our premises it is a liability of the USPS. Please contact your local Post Office ASAP if your package has been lost/stolen or is marked as delivered but can’t find it. We do not refund or offer store credit for any lost or stolen packages.


Return Policy


- Within 48 hours of receiving the item/s, please email our customer service at: to get approval and further instructions. ALL returns must be sent delivered to our return address within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Item/s will only be accepted if returned in it's original clean condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up & fake tan

- ALL approved returns are issued full store credit for the price paid. If you wish to return any item, it MUST be UNWORN + NON EXEMPT.

What are the return/exchange requirements?

If you send back a non-approved exchange you will receive store credit automatically minus a 20% restock fee.

How do I start an exchange?

Email inquiries MUST be received within 48 hours of receiving the item. **Any item(s) reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review.**

Please email and be sure to include the following info listed below:

- Your First/Last name

- Order Number

- Reason for Inquiry: (Ex: Return or Exchange

- Photo or Video of your item

If your return is accepted, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package to, as well as reimburse you **store credit**
